Problem:

I’m having trouble accessing all the accounts associated with my email address. I created an account for each of my kids. We have not used theses accounts in a while because we were without a computer. Each child tried to use their account but the passwords were wrong. I tried getting a reset sent several times,for each child, but have yet to get an email with a new password/reset link. Also , my oldest was locked out because of too many failed attempts.

I tried to set up all new accounts but was not able to do so. I was “told” by the site that too many accounts were associated with my email address. Is there a way to delete all the students in my account and start over?
