Instructions:
- Read the article about start-up roles: A Founder’s Guide to Startup Roles
- Identify the key roles needed for your mock-up start-up
- For each role, outline the responsibilities and skills required from the article.
- Reflect on your own strengths and weaknesses and assign yourself a role within the team.
- Identify any gaps in skills or experience that need to be filled by other team members.
- Consider where you can find potential team members (e.g., friends, family, online platforms, etc.).
- Write a brief description of each team member’s role and responsibilities to clarify expectations according to your start-up business idea.
- Reflect on how building your team will help you achieve your business goals and the importance of teamwork in entrepreneurship.
