One of the Greatest Speeches Ever | Steve Jobs

Project Description

This activity allows you to learn from real-world examples of startup success stories and create a visual representation in the form of a roadmap with the key elements of these stories. It can inspire and inform your own entrepreneurial journey as you navigate the challenges and opportunities of starting a business.

Instructions

  1. Watch the video about a story of Steve Jobs, for what was once a startup we all know, Apple. Pay attention to the founders’ journey, challenges he faced, and key milestones in his startup’s development.
  2. Identify Key Elements: As you watch the video, identify key elements of the startup stories, such as the initial idea, early challenges, pivotal moments, and eventual success.
  3. Create a Roadmap Timeline Journey: Using a poster board or digital tool, create a roadmap timeline journey that highlights the key elements of the startup stories you watched. Include different stops along the timeline to represent significant milestones in each startup’s journey like the photo of the roadmap above.
  4. Add Visuals and Descriptions: Enhance your roadmap timeline journey with visuals and descriptions that capture the essence of each startup’s story. Use images, quotes, and key facts to bring each stop on the timeline to life.
  5. Reflect on Common Themes: Reflect on the startup stories you explored and identify common themes or lessons that emerge. Consider how these themes can be applied to your own startup journey or entrepreneurial aspirations.
