Daily, weekly, and monthly habit tracking. Learn how to keep track of the habits you want to build and create habit trackers in your notebook or journal.

5 Types of Habit Trackers

The List of Good Habits that you can choose from and start habit tracking:

  • Daily Reading: Set aside time each day to read a book, magazine, or article.
  • Regular Exercise: Engage in physical activity for at least 30 minutes each day.
  • Healthy Eating: Eat a balanced diet with plenty of protein, fruits, vegetables, and grains.
  • Hydration: Drink an adequate amount of water throughout the day.
  • Bedtime Routine: Establish a regular bedtime and wake-up time for better sleep.
  • Mindfulness: Practice mindfulness to reduce stress and improve focus.
  • Daily Planning: Plan your day ahead to stay organized and manage your time.
  • Gratitude Journal: Write down things you are grateful for each day.
  • Limiting Screen Time: Set limits on the amount of time spent on screens (phones, computers, TV)
  • Social Interaction: Engage in meaningful social interactions with friends or family.
  • Hobby or Creative Activity: Spend time on a hobby or creative activity you enjoy.
  • Self-Care: Take time to care for yourself, whether through grooming, relaxation, or pampering.
  • Positive Affirmations: Start your day with positive affirmations to boost self-confidence.
  • Financial Planning: Track your expenses and savings to build financial awareness.
  • Environmental Consciousness: Practice habits that reduce your environmental impact, such as recycling or reducing waste.

Choose 1-3 habits to start and you can start tracking them using a habit tracker app, a bullet journal, or a simple checklist. Tracking progress can help you stay motivated and accountable as you work towards building positive habits.
