Project Description

Make a meal plan for your whole week, watch the instructional video below to help you. This meal plan will consist of your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks.Your meal plan must contain all of the food groups mentioned in the Lesson’s video: Carbs, proteins, vegetables, fruits, fat, and hydration.

Supplies Needed

Either digitally on your computer, OR

Using a paper, pen, and ruler to make a table
