Chocolate Chip Mug Cake 

Ready to create a mug cake? It’s so easy you can make it in the microwave in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grab a big mug and spray it with any oil cooking spray 
  2. In that microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the mug. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the cake has risen and is set in the middle. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave.
  6. Let the cake cool for a minute or two before enjoying. Optional: top with whipped cream or ice cream.
