Spices are one of the best part of eating. But just like fruits, every spice has a different story to be told. Watch the video to dive into the geography behind this miracle of nature and human ingenuity.

Project Description 

Before we get into making a yummy dip that you can use to dip your veggies or chips in it, watch the video to learn all about the beginner guide to having spices and herbs in your kitchen. Then proceed to the instructions!

Beginner’s guide to BUYING, STORING & ORGANIZING SPICES

Materials Needed:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Assorted spices and herbs: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, dill, parsley
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon for mixing
  • Lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil

Instructions

  • Gather Your Ingredients: Collect your Greek yogurt and a variety of spices and herbs from your kitchen.
  • Mix Your Dip: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with a pinch of each spice and herb. You can adjust the quantities based on your taste preferences.
  • Add Optional Ingredients: For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice, a dash of salt and pepper, or a drizzle of olive oil. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Taste and Adjust: Taste the dip and adjust the seasonings as needed. You can add more spices or herbs to enhance the flavor.
