| There are 2 main characters a lion and a little red bird. The little bird saw a green bushy tail and she was happy because it was green like the forest. The bird tried to talk to the lion to ask why his tail was green but the lion couldn't understand and just smiled. The lion's tail kept changing colors everyday. The little bird thought the lion was a magician because his tail kept changing colors. The lion's tail went from green to orange to blue then red. But that night there was a storm so the lion brought the bird into his cave and that's when she saw that he was using his tail as a paint brush to paint pictures of what he saw. What I like about this book is the bird because she is cute |
