It can be helpful is several ways. Even though they can have benefits, they also can have disadvantages. They can be a distraction from school work. Students can be distracted by social media, texting, video games, and FaceTimes. Students being on their phones during class can bring down their academic performance. Their grades are going to be low because they don’t focus. To help prevent students getting distracted by their phones, schools can have phone free zones. Those zones are places where students aren’t allowed to use their phones. It can help students focus on their assignments and they can get higher grades. |
