Project Description:
Inspiring Leadership Vision Board. This activity allows you to visually express your leadership vision and reflect on the qualities that are important to you as a leader, helping you develop your leadership skills in a creative and engaging way.
Materials Needed:
- Poster board or large piece of paper
- Magazines, newspapers, or printed images
- Scissors
- Glue or tape
- Markers or colored pencils
Instructions:
- Begin by thinking about the qualities of a leader who inspires others (e.g., vision, communication, empathy, integrity).
- Look through magazines, newspapers, or online images to find pictures and words that represent these leadership qualities.
- Cut out the images and words that resonate with you and arrange them on your poster board to create a collage.
- Use markers or colored pencils to add your own drawings or words that reflect your personal leadership style and vision.
- Reflect on the collage and think about how you can embody these leadership qualities in your daily life and interactions with others.
- Optional: Share your vision board with a friend or family member and discuss how you can work towards becoming a more inspiring leader.
