New Student Accounts
Please sign up each student on our home page. Use your same parent email address for each sign up. If you don’t receive the confirmation email with password for each one within 10 minutes, then email us for assistance at: support@discoveryk12.com. You need to be logged out of any existing account, or you won’t see the sign up form on our home page.

If you did not receive your confirmation email for a student or parent/teacher account, need assistance retrieving your password, or an unlock request, please email support@discoveryk12.com for assistance.

If you are an existing user and need technical support, login to your account and click “Help.” Complete the support request form. A support engineer will respond promptly.

School/District Requests for Student Information
We do not respond to request from schools, districts, or other parties regarding student information, proof of enrollment, or record requests. We are a platform and curriculum for independent homeschoolers, and you will need to obtain any records or student information from the student’s parent/guardian in accordance with your state’s homeschool policies.
